The Team Support Administrator provides responsive day-to-day administrative and operational support to Allied Health Team Leaders and their teams, helping services run smoothly and enabling staff to focus on patient care. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is organised, enjoys a challenge, takes initiative and is confident identifying what needs to be done and making it happen. You will support from telephone enquiries, patient referral management, day to day administrative requests, stock and supplies, and technology requests, while contributing to a positive experience for patients, whānau and staff.
The salary band for this role is $73,476 - $79,627, depending on experience.
Based on Level 10, Grace Neil Block, at Wellington Hospital, you will work alongside a range of Allied Health teams and play a key role in keeping the area running smoothly. You will be a central point of support for staff, helping create an organised, responsive and welcoming environment.
