Department of Conservation (DOC) in Gisborne or Napier seeks an organized administrator to support multiple teams, manage diaries, emails, travel, and events, and prepare briefs and reports. You will help maintain processes and coordinate meetings and fleet needs.

To succeed in this role, you will be focussed on providing support to the Pou Ngā Whenua Rāhui, Pou Hēteri-Ā-Nuku and the Ngā Whenua Rāhui and Hēteri-Ā-Nuku kaimahi. You will need to be a smart, tech-savvy operator with strong prioritisation, warm communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people to ensure the Pou and kaimahi you support are successful in their role.
