Job summary
MAS - Medical Assurance Society in Wellington is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide expert support across our cloud technology environment and assist the IT Helpdesk with escalated issues. You’ll maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Windows Server technologies, and contribute to technology implementations and wider digital initiatives.

Qualifications
- Four+ years' experience supporting IT systems in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues
- Managing escalated Helpdesk incidents and keeping users informed
- Identifying root causes and recommending technology or process improvements
- Administering systems and applications to maintain appropriate user access
- Completing software updates, monthly patching and device maintenance
- Supporting endpoint hardware, networks and computing infrastructure
- Maintaining accurate asset, system, user and process documentation
- Contributing technical expertise to projects and wider business initiatives
- Providing occasional after-hours support when required
