Job summary

This hands-on role provides multi-site technical support, ensuring critical systems remain secure, reliable, and operational.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune, manage incidents via Freshservice, and participate in an on-call roster including winter weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Systems Engineer/IT Admin/Service Desk roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Entra (Active Directory) and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and telephony.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, AD, M365, Intune, Exchange Online.
• Manage incidents via Freshservice.
• Support multi-site environments and on-call roster.
• Maintain assets and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to improve service.
