Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in technology support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles.
• Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 and end-user computing environments.
• Experience with device support, config, patching, lifecycle tasks.
• Understanding of identity and access concepts: accounts, authentication, permissions, secure access.

Responsibilities
