Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual) to provide front-line desktop support and service clients in a fast-paced environment. The role covers hardware/software troubleshooting, OS installs, and basic network tasks in Sydney.

You will document resolutions, collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, and manage multiple tickets independently. A minimum of three years in IT support and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform operating system installations and re-imaging activities.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
• Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests.
