Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite technical support in Sydney. This on-call/freelance/casual role requires hands-on troubleshooting, OS installations, and network assistance to keep clients' operations running smoothly.

You will document activities, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and apply strong customer service and communication skills. Minimum 3 years IT support experience and solid LAN/WAN knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related role.
• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers and switches.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install operating systems and perform re-imaging.
• Assist with network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
• Support and configure routers, switches and related network gear.
• Respond to technical issues and service requests promptly.
• Document activities and resolutions per company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
