Qualifications

• No prior experience in health and disability sector is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Full training and orientation will be provided to new staff.
• Availability to support 24/7 services with daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Empower adults with intellectual disabilities to build confidence and independence.
• Help clients learn new skills, connect with their community, and pursue personal goals.
• Support individuals to participate in employment or personal interests and community activities.
