Qualifications

• No prior experience in health and disability sector is necessary.
• Full training and orientation will be provided.
• Availability to support 24/7 services with daytime, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable with computers and tablets daily.

Responsibilities

• Support people with intellectual disabilities to build confidence and independence.
• Help them connect with community, learn new skills, gain employment, or pursue personal interests.
• Build genuine relationships and celebrate milestones through everyday interactions.
