Qualifications

• Experience in managing challenging behaviours preferred.
• No prior experience in health and disability sector is necessary; willingness to learn and a positive attitude are highly valued.
• Full training and orientation will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with complex behavioural and medical needs, promoting safety and positive behaviour.
• Help develop independence and daily living skills.
• Provided tasks include transportation, employment, finances, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, showering and medication administration.
• Maintain resilience and physical fitness to manage risk and respond to challenging situations.
