IDEA Services in New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities at home and in the community. You will foster independence, support daily routines, and help clients pursue goals while building strong connections with whānau and local networks.
The role requires flexibility for days, evenings, sleepovers, wakeovers and weekend shifts, plus comfort with computers and tablets and a full NZ driver's license. Training and benefits are provided.
