Pathways Health Ltd is hiring a part-time Support Worker for Porirua, delivering wellbeing-focused support to up to 16 individuals in a 24-hour housing and recovery service. The role runs 25 hours per week, Tue-Sat, 9:00am-2:30pm with flexible start/end times, and is based in Porirua, Wellington.
You will partner with external agencies to support outcomes, complete documentation as a key worker, and help participants gain independence.

Become a valued member of our team, contributing to our 24‑hour housing and recovery service, where you'll provide essential support to a maximum of 16 individuals. As a Support Worker, you'll deliver comprehensive assistance to tāngata whai ora throughout the morning and into the afternoon, fostering their well‑being and journey towards recovery.
