Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Auckland is seeking a Supervisor for our Highbrook site to oversee day-to-day agency operations and a team of 6. You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory receipt, and adherence to systems while driving client KPIs and maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and experience with WMS and MS Office; hoist/reach license and NZ Driver's license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely inventory receipt, and adherence to internal systems.

• Manage team performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Reconcile client inventory and efficiently handle investigations.
• Foster staff development and promote a learning culture.
• Plan labour resources based on client activity needs.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a positive site culture.

As a Supervisor you will:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely inventory receipt, and adherence to internal systems.

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• A current hoist and reach license (preferred but not essential).
• High attention to detail and proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Intermediate level or above).
• A strong work ethic and commitment to team development.
• A full NZ Driver’s License (preferred).
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
