Job summary

Supply Services Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead the Mt Maunganui warehouse, drive accurate inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will manage a team, implement processes across inbound, storage, and dispatch, and partner with production for smooth fundamentals.

The role requires proven warehouse leadership, strong inventory control knowledge, ERP experience, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience overseeing warehouse/inventory teams.
• Ability to coach and manage team performance.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles including stock rotation and cycle counting.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven processes.
• Clear communication, effective planning and staying calm under pressure.

• Forklift licence and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, quality checks and put-away.
• Manage storage, FIFO stock rotation and cycle counting.
• Control inventory, stocktakes and internal supply to production.
• Coordinate outbound picking, packing and dispatching.
• Lead branch replenishment and transfers, optimise processes.
• Drive housekeeping, equipment upkeep and H&S compliance.
• Develop and coach Inventory Specialists to improve performance.

What You’ll Do

In this leadership role, you will oversee all warehouse and inventory functions, ensuring safe, efficient, accurate, and timely performance across:

• Inbound receiving & quality checks
• Put‑away, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Inventory control, cycle counting, and stocktaking
• Internal supply to production and the machine shop
• Outbound picking, packing, and dispatching
• Branch replenishment and transfers
• Warehouse housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and H&S compliance

You’ll lead and develop a team of Inventory Specialists—setting expectations, coaching for performance, building capability, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

You will also play a key role in health & safety leadership and continuous improvement initiatives that drive accuracy, productivity, and consistency across operations.
