Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Auckland’s Highbrook site is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily agency operations and a team of six. You will ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, and timely escalation when issues arise.

The ideal candidate shows a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and experience with warehouse systems. A NZ driver license is preferred; hoist/reach license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to a learning culture.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Can-do attitude and team development mindset.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely inventory receipt, and adherence to internal systems.
• Act as the first point of escalation for clients and management.
• Drive the achievement of client KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage team performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Reconcile client inventory and efficiently handle investigations.
• Foster staff development and promote a learning culture.
• Plan labour resources based on client activity needs.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a positive site culture.
