AA New Zealand is seeking several part-time Customer Service Representatives for a 3-month fixed-term summer role in our Penrose Contact Centre. You will work 20–24 hours per week, across Friday to Monday with early starts and late finishes (8am–10pm). Training commences 9 November, after which you transition to a part-time roster.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roadside assistance requests for Members and partners.
• Assist with Membership enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Think on your feet and create practical solutions to help Members.
