Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our busy contact centre in Auckland. In this part-time role (30 hours per week), you will be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers and GPs, handling calls, emails and messages with care and efficiency.

You will manage appointments, answer a wide range of enquiries and provide a reassuring voice in our communities' healthcare journey.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years customer service experience.
• Clear, confident communication skills both spoken and written.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word (intermediate level).
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to go the extra mile.
