Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking friendly Customer Service Representatives for a fixed-term summer assignment in Napier. You will be the main liaison between customers and the branch network, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution with a focus on exceptional service.

Roles include 20–30 hours weekly plus a rotating Saturday shift, with training provided and potential for hybrid work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally with phone or administration experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent multitasker.
• Confident with computers and using multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while also ensuring availability to work Full Time and Part Time hours rostered between 07:00am and 07:00pm Monday to Saturday, with the Saturday worked on rotation.
• Please note the successful candidate must be available until 30 April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison between customers and the branch network to ensure exceptional service.
• Handle customer enquiries, process orders, and address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with logistics and branch operations to support the customer journey.
• Maintain flexibility to roster hours including weekdays and Saturday shifts during the summer period.
