Job summary

Te Puia is seeking friendly Admissions Team Members for its Visitor Experience team in Rotorua. You will greet visitors, process bookings and ticket sales, respond to enquiries, and help keep visitor flow smooth. We have one full-time and one part-time fixed-term role for the summer season, starting late September and finishing around April 2027.

Availability on weekends and public holidays is required. Experience in customer-facing roles and a calm, helpful communication style are essential,

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong availability throughout the summer season, including weekends and public holidays.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to stay calm in busy environments.
