Kiwi Park in Queenstown invites applicants for Visitor Experience Team Member positions this summer. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, and contribute to a friendly, engaging visitor experience among native wildlife.

Role includes hosting honey tastings, barista duties, and guiding guests around the park. Perfect for people with customer service or tourism background who enjoy teamwork and outdoor work during summer in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or sales.
• Friendly and welcoming manner.
• Clear communication and confident visitor interactions.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful when busy.
• Reliable, punctual and team player.
• Interest in native wildlife, conservation and helping guests have a great day.
• Availability to work weekends and busy summer periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and assisting with admissions and bookings.
• Helping visitors around the Park, including at the Kiwi Encounter and other areas.
• Hosting honey tastings and talks beside the beehive.
• Preparing barista coffee and café service.
• Promoting and selling Kiwi Park experiences and gift shop products.
• Responding to phone and email enquiries.
• Restocking retail displays and assisting with stocktakes.
• Pitching in during busy periods.
