Good Planet in Kumeū, Auckland is seeking a Customer & Bookings Coordinator to join our busy seasonal team. You’ll handle customer enquiries by phone and email, coordinate bookings and provide friendly, professional support across administration and recruitment tasks.

Behind the scenes you’ll keep booking systems, inboxes and records organised while assisting with recruitment, onboarding and projects. Weekend availability during our busy summer season is essential as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, bookings, reservations, tourism, hospitality or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using booking systems, databases, spreadsheets and digital systems.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgement.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
• A willingness to learn new systems and take on new responsibilities.
• Previous recruitment or HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Manage customer phone and email enquiries.
• Coordinate customer bookings, amendments and cancellations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with information about our attractions, experiences and services.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases.
• Help resolve customer enquiries and issues efficiently.
• Coordinate seasonal recruitment activities.
• Prepare employment documentation and onboarding information.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
