Tauhara North No.2 Trust is seeking a Visitor Services & Reservation Officer in Rotorua, NZ. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage front-of-house reception, provide visitor information, and drive retail sales while supporting reservation operations.
Reporting to the Reservations & Administration Manager, you’ll play a key role in guest experiences and commercial success. The role requires NZ residency or a valid work visa with pre-employment checks including MOJ and drug testing.

As the Visitor Services & Reservation Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our visitors and ensuring smooth reservation operations. Reporting directly to the Reservations & Administration Manager, you will support various guest service functions, including front-of-house reception, visitor information, and retail sales.
This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance visitor engagement through your excellent communication and organizational skills, all while contributing to the commercial success of our business.
