Job summary

ConsultANZ is seeking a Submissions Manager to join a well-established civil contractor working on water infrastructure projects in Christchurch.

You will lead bid development, prepare high-quality submissions, and coordinate with estimating, commercial, and operations teams to win new work on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a Submissions Manager, Bid Writer / Tender Writer role.
• Experience in a civil construction environment.
• Strong professional writing and communication skills.
• Proven experience preparing tenders, bids and proposals.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial information.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Understanding of what makes a successful civil construction bid.
