Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead multiple civil construction projects in the Land development space in Auckland. This hands-on leadership role will manage projects from inception through to completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects in the Land development space
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, programmes and resources
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Provide leadership, mentoring and support to project teams
