Job summary

UniLodge New Zealand is seeking a friendly Customer Service Coordinator for Ilam Apartments. The role is busy and varied, delivering a warm welcome and providing information or support to residents, whānau, visitors and contractors.

The position is permanent part-time, 20 hours per week across Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You’ll manage reception services, respond to enquiries and handle administration to keep the property running smoothly, in collaboration with the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in customer service, reception, administration or a similar frontline role.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service at the hall reception.
• Respond to resident and visitor enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Support residents with enquiries about accommodation and general needs.
• Complete property administration, reporting and record keeping.
