Job summary

New Zealand School Of Tourism is seeking a Student Administrator to deliver an exceptional student experience by processing enrolments accurately and efficiently with a student-centric approach.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager and Administrative Team Lead, you will handle enrolment paperwork, fee collection, CRM steps, and provide strong customer support while ensuring TEC compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in education.
• Background in airline, travel or tourism is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process student enrolments accurately and efficiently with a student-centric approach.
• Manage student fees and ensure records are up to date.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to provide support as needed.
• Provide general administration and customer support.
• Maintain compliant records and issue confirmations and invoices.
