Yoobee College of Creative Innovation seeks a Student Administrator to uphold excellent customer service and deliver an exceptional student experience by ensuring enrolments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will report to the National Sales Manager and Administrative Team Lead.

Role involves managing enrolments, fee administration, and collaboration with the sales team to support both domestic and international students in a fast-paced education environment.

Qualifications

• Must deliver accurate enrolment processing and responsive support.
• Experience managing compliance, documentation and fee administration.
• Strong organisational skills and clear communication in fast-paced education environments.

Responsabilités

• Student enrolment processing - ensure paperwork is complete and TEC compliant; complete Studylink VOS; ensure CRM processes.
• Fee collection management – manage student fees and keep Public Trust accounts up to date.
• Collaborate with wider sales team to provide support where needed.
• Assist domestic students with tuition applications and enquiries, and international students with diverse needs.
• Maintain accurate records and issue confirmation letters and invoices.
