Qualifications

• Significant experience in sales, account management, channel management or commercial management within a wholesale, resellers, FMCG or related environment.
• Proven track record of growing sales and profitability through customer/channel relationships.
• Experience managing complex customer negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Experience working across multiple functions to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of wholesale and/or retail channels and customer dynamics.
• Strong commercial and financial analytical capability.
• Experience using customer, market and sales data to inform decisions.
• Understanding of supply chain, forecasting and inventory dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Channel & Customer Management - Accountable for developing profitable, long-term relationships with wholesale customers and maximising the performance of OfficeMax's own-brand portfolio within those channels.
• Channel Growth & Business Development - Identify and secure opportunities to grow sales, profitability and market penetration across wholesale and retail channels.
• Commercial & Offer Execution - Translate customer and channel insight into effective pricing, promotional, ranging and sales execution recommendations.
• Market & Customer Insight - Develop and apply customer, shopper, competitor and market insight to identify opportunities and inform commercial, channel and category decision-making.
