First Focus seeks a Technical Account Manager to move beyond traditional account management and co-create strategic IT roadmaps for SMB and mid-market clients.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and the C-suite, turning business priorities into practical technology plans with autonomy and cross‑functional support as the company grows globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior MSP/MSSP or similar environments with SMB/mid-market clients.
• Proven ability to shape IT strategy, roadmaps and executive-level engagements.
• Strong CRM, forecasting and client outcomes coordination across delivery teams.
• Ability to challenge constructively and communicate clearly with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build real, non-transactional relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor across IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Lead strategic conversations and turn business priorities into roadmaps.
• Guide clients, prevent unnecessary purchases, and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commitments land.
