Job summary

NXP is NZ owned and a leading provider of innovative business supplies. This is a high-impact procurement role reporting to the GM Merchandise, focused on turning commercial analysis into savings and stronger gross profit.

You will lead end-to-end tenders, source local and international suppliers, negotiate terms, rebates and service commitments, and work with category teams and Finance to track results. The ideal candidate has proven sourcing, tendering and supplier negotiation experience,

Qualifications

• Proven sourcing, tendering and supplier negotiation experience.
• Track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
• Strong Excel, analysis and commercial skills.
• A collaborative communicator with high EQ and logical thinking capability.
• Sourcing and/or B2B distribution experience are distinct advantages.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tenders and supplier negotiations.
• Source local and international manufacturers to reduce buying cost.
• Work with Category teams to negotiate better pricing, terms, rebates and service commitments.
• Use commercial analysis to identify savings and margin opportunities.
• Work with category teams and Finance to implement savings and track results.
