NXP is seeking a hungry Business Development Manager in Auckland to open doors with senior decision makers, prospect, cold call and nurture mid to large NZ businesses. You will negotiate and win new accounts by solving their supply issues and leverage our range of products served by category specialists.

We're looking for a hungry, commercially savvy BDM to open doors with senior decision makers at mid to large sized New Zealand businesses and turn those opportunities into signed accounts. You will prospect, cold call and nurture new relationships, draw on your own network, and negotiate win-win deals that add real value. You'll also have the autonomy to structure your day, plan your travel and focus on high-impact activities.

About You

Hungry to win: self-motivated, resilient and driven to open new accounts and beat targets

A proven new business track record you can back up with results: accounts won, revenue generated and targets hit

Proactive & creative in finding solutions for customers

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with B2B product sales experience selling to senior decision makers

Confident prospecting and cold calling, with the organisation and data skills to manage and grow your own pipeline
