NXP is NZ owned and a leading provider of innovative business supplies. This is a high-impact procurement role reporting to the GM Merchandise, focused on turning commercial analysis into savings and stronger gross profit.

You will lead end-to-end tenders, source local and international suppliers, negotiate terms, rebates and service commitments, and work with category teams and Finance to track results. The ideal candidate has proven sourcing, tendering and supplier negotiation experience,

Qualifications

• Proven sourcing, tendering and supplier negotiation experience.
• Track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
• Strong Excel, analysis and commercial skills.
• A collaborative communicator with high EQ and logical thinking capability.
• Sourcing and/or B2B distribution experience are distinct advantages.

Procurement Specialist - Sourcing & Negotiation

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced procurement professional. Reporting to the GM Merchandise, you'll work alongside our category teams and Finance to turn commercial analysis into measurable savings and stronger gross profit.

You'll lead competitive tenders, source local and international supply options, challenge supplier price increases and negotiate agreements that balance profitability, quality and supply reliability. Category teams will continue to own day-to-day supplier relationships, while you'll bring the procurement expertise, structure and commercial focus to secure better outcomes.
