CMA CGM Auckland is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and grow CMA CGM Group’s shipping and non-maritime services. You will focus on developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships, reporting to the National Sales Manager (New Zealand).

Join a diverse Oceania team in Auckland and contribute to sales targets, CRM-driven planning, and collaborative cross-functional initiatives, with strong growth opportunities and local standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in shipping, freight forwarding or logistics, in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong commercial focus, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Grow and manage a portfolio of existing customers, increasing volumes and market share.
• Develop new business by identifying prospects and re-engaging dormant customers.
• Promote CMA CGM shipping and non-maritime solutions to deliver broader offerings.
• Monitor performance via CRM, forecasts, plans and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to meet customer needs and hit sales targets.
