Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a Head of IT Services & Operations to lead a broad technology environment across IT service delivery, infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, security operations and vendor management.

This leadership role requires driving three outcomes: safe and resilient operations, outstanding technology services, and improved value from technology while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading IT operations, service delivery and enterprise applications in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors and technology costs while improving service quality.
• Strong governance, security and risk management experience with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT services, operations and application support teams.
• Oversee security operations, resilience, backup and disaster recovery.
• Optimise cloud consumption, licensing and vendor contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT services, cost control and stakeholder communication.
