• Drive technology projects, platform improvements, and cloud initiatives, ensuring systems remain secure, scalable, and fit for purpose.
• Manage technology vendors and service providers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Play a key role in shaping the IT roadmap, balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership when needed.
