Job summary

Jora New Zealand seeks a Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in commercial law and technology to join its legal team. The role will drive legal support for technology and digital transformation programs, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology agreements and procurement contracts.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial law with a technology focus, strong contracting and negotiation skills, and expertise in privacy/data protection.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in commercial law with a technology focus.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology agreements.
• Experience leading RFPs, procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
• NZ practicing certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
