You’ll work with the commercial, finance, and product teams to ground your thinking in reality and shape major commercial decisions. You’ll translate complex data into clear charts and narratives that executives can act on, while collaborating with farmers and ranchers to ensure practical

Qualifications

• Love using numbers to tell the story; modelling in Excel or Sheets; tidy, editable files with clear answers.
• Turn messy problems into data-driven answers (qualitative and quantitative).
• Commercially curious; understands business levers.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented; double-check work and sanity-test outputs.
• Communicate crisply; simplify complex analyses into charts or one-pagers.
• Build trust quickly; bring clarity to the team.

Responsibilities

• Own the quantitative analysis that underpins the Commercial Strategy team's decisions.
• Source and analyse the information we need to help answer questions like where to play and how to win.
• Pull together market data, competitive intelligence, and macro trends to keep our analysis current.
• Support opportunity assessments for new markets, partnerships, and monetisation models with the sizing and financial structure behind them.
• Translate your analysis into clear, concise charts and narratives that execs and frontline teams can quickly act on.
• Partner with the Commercial Strategy Managers to take their initiatives from plan to landed outcome, owning the analytical workstream.
