Job summary

Cook Brothers Construction seeks an experienced Business Development Consultant to drive growth across New Zealand. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, consultants and developers, and support tender activities to position CBC early in procurement processes.

In collaboration with regional teams and leadership, you will help build a strong project pipeline and promote CBC across commercial construction and property sectors nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, construction, property or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of NZ commercial construction and property sectors.
• Established industry networks and relationships are valued.
• Knowledge of procurement methods, project delivery and commercial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities to support growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and developers.
• Research markets, map opportunities and identify procurement needs.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and bid strategies.
• Support tender activities with insights and market intelligence.
• Represent Cook Brothers Construction at industry events and meetings.
