Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified (building surveying) with likely 2–5 years commercial consultancy experience.
• MRICS chartered or actively pursuing the RICS APC with the intent to sit the final assessment within the next 6–12 months.
• Strong understanding of the NZ Building Act and Building Code, proficiency in defect diagnosis, commercial building pathology and general construction types.
• A desire to work with the country’s largest projects and clients.
