Job summary

Marley New Zealand Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager - Custom & Glazing to lead strategic customer relationships in the NZ glazing and extrusion market. You will identify growth opportunities, provide technical and commercial solutions, and partner with glazing fabricators and raw material customers to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Proven experience in account management within construction/building materials or glazing sectors.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing capability.
Commercial acumen with a growth mindset and solutions focus.
Technical aptitude to understand specifications and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Champion health and safety as the top priority.
Build deep relationships with key accounts in the custom and glazing market.
Identify and develop opportunities, including custom extrusion projects.
Manage project and opportunity pipeline using CRM and tracking tools.
Collaborate with internal teams in sales, marketing, supply chain and product development.
Represent the business at trade shows and customer events.
Drive pricing, margin and commercial performance to targets.
Maintain reporting, forecasting and account plans.
