Job summary

Bradnam’s Windows and Doors, backed by Altus NZ, seeks an Account Manager to grow the Central North Island market. You will drive sales of residential and commercial windows and doors, and build strong relationships with builders, architects and developers.

You’ll manage quotes, tenders and contracts end-to-end, act as a trusted advisor on technical and design issues, and collaborate with Bradnam’s and Altus teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or account management experience in construction or aluminium joinery.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up discipline.
• On-site problem-solving ability and practical mindset for project delivery.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM/Fenestration systems is a plus (Greentree, V6).

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing sales across residential and commercial windows and doors.
• Building strong, strategic relationships with builders, architects, and key accounts.
• Identifying and securing new opportunities to expand Bradnam’s market presence.
• Managing quotes, tenders, and contracts to achieve sustainable profitability.
• Acting as the trusted advisor to clients, providing technical and design support where needed.
• Collaborating with the wider Bradnam’s and Altus teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
