Job summary

Ragtrade Fashion Recruitment client in Auckland seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage dedicated accounts, drive revenue, and maintain strong GP margins, with hybrid work-from-home flexibility.

You will work with Customer Service, Production, and Sales to deliver exceptional service, attend meetings, learn NetSuite, and support apparel client relationships, fittings and onboarding of new accounts. Only applicants residing in NZ will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel industry, particularly sportwear or uniforms.
• Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and gross profit margins.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance tracking and drive order growth.
• Monitor weekly sales, orders, and financial performance; identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to deliver outstanding client support.
• Attend weekly Sales & Operations meetings to track production schedules.
• Develop knowledge of ordering systems and monitor site performance.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on requests.
• Assist with login credentials, pricing, and account inquiries.
• Support uniform fittings and onboarding of new accounts.
• Provide admin and operational support to the account management team.
• Engage in ongoing training and development.
