Job summary

Smiggle in Christchurch (Riccarton) is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and a strong emphasis on delivering an unforgettable customer experience and achieving sales targets.

You will coach and develop your team to meet KPIs, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join the Smiggle Team at our Riccartonstore To maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This 40hours per weekrole from Tuesday - Saturday is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientated Smiggler! As our Store Manager you will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.
