Smiggle Napier is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales results. This is a part-time role based in Hawke’s Bay, Napier, with responsibilities across sales, team coaching, and daily store operations.

You will coach a small team, drive sales, and manage stock, visuals, and customer service with a fun, energetic approach. Join a brand that celebrates colour, creativity, and smiles in a fast-paced retail
