Smiggle in Christchurch (Riccarton) is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and a strong emphasis on delivering an unforgettable customer experience and achieving sales targets.

You will coach and develop your team to meet KPIs, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
