Job summary

Smiggle UK & ROI is seeking a bright, customer oriented Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and coaching the team. This 38 hours per week role runs Sunday to Thursday and requires a lively, fun attitude and a passion for our products.

You will coach, develop, and provide feedback to staff to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining Smiggle's visual standards and customer experience. Prior retail management experience is preferred.

About The Role

This 38 hours per week role on Sunday - Thursday is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientated Smiggler! As our Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and be delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!
