Smiggle is seeking a Store Manager for a 40-hour week from Tuesday to Saturday in Christchurch. You will lead a high-energy team, create unforgettable customer experiences and drive strong sales while maintaining vibrant merchandising standards. A passion for kids, parents and playful energy are essential.

You will manage a fast-paced environment, coach staff to exceed KPIs, and keep visuals on-brand with Smiggle’s colourful, quirky identity. Competitive pay and incentives apply.

• Must have prior management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team to hit KPI targets.
• Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This 40 hours per week role from Tuesday - Saturday is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientated Smiggler! As our Store Manager you will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and be delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!
