Job summary

Smiggle NZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Newmarket store. You will lead a dynamic team, coach staff to achieve KPIs and drive strong sales in a high-energy environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations with a focus on customer experience, teamwork, and achieving targets while maintaining Smiggle’s fun, colourful brand ethos across busy retail periods.
