Smiggle is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for our Albany store. You will lead the team to maximise sales through coaching, developing and providing feedback, while delivering an unforgettable customer experience for kids and parents alike.

This full-time role (40 hours/week, Tue–Sat) requires a bright, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces Smiggle's playful culture. Join us to drive performance and have fun while achieving store goals.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join the Smiggle Team at our Albany store! Where you can help maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This 40hours per weekrole from Tuesday - Saturday is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientatedSmiggler! As our Store Manager you will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and be delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!

• Experienced – you have previous management experience in a fast paced environment
