Smiggle Albany is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team and deliver an unforgettable customer experience. You will coach, develop and set direction to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, fun fashion retail environment.

With 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, you’ll inspire colleagues, maintain visual standards and drive sales while keeping the Smiggle magic alive for kids and parents alike.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join the Smiggle Team at our Albany store! Where you can help maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

About The Role

This 40 hours per week role from Tuesday - Saturday is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientated Smiggler! As our Store Manager you will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and be delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!
